For a long time both adults and children have been affected by over protruding ears. Self-image is often affected and leads many to hide their ears behind hair. It is one of the oldest and most common surgical procedures and can make massive improvements to a persons self-confidence.
Procedure
An incision is placed at the back of the ear flap then the cartilage is weakened and reformed into a new flatter shape. The ears are the stitched in the new position with the incision marks hidden in the natural fold behind the ear.
Recovery
A week after your ear correction procedure you will need to return to have your head bandage removed. You should not do this yourself nor let a GP or anyone else do it unless urgent. After the bandage has been removed you will be able to wash your hair but will still need to wear a head band/bandage at night for a further 3 weeks.

Arm Lifts by Terrence Bartlett
Did you know ...
An arm lift is done to remove excess skin from the upper arm area. An upper arm lift is part of a cosmetic surgery procedure called ‘body contouring’ which is designed to remove skin and fat from various body areas. This sagging skin in the upper arm is usually caused by weight loss. However, the natural ageing process also causes skin to lose elasticity naturally. Many individuals find that the arms, in particular, lose their firmness as the layers of muscle and supporting fat become thinner. In such cases, an arm lift can help to restore and tighten these areas, giving a much firmer, youthful look and leaving you more confident to wear sleeveless tops and dresses.

New Press Release from Lord Terrence Bartlett
Terrence Bartlett here - below is a press release we released yesterday regarding a new service being provided by Belvedere Clinics.
Those of us desiring an appearance altering procedure, from breast enlargements and tummy tucks to hair implants or teeth whitening, can now request a contribution to the expense as a birthday gift from friends and family.
“Many people would like an appearance altering procedure, yet few can justify the expense,” says Lord Terrence Bartlett, owner of the Belvedere Clinic chain. “Our ‘Buy Me A Change’ service lets people chose exactly the procedure they wish for. We then break the total gift into a variety of monetary amounts so friends and family can chose how much or little they wish to give. Similar to a wedding list except the products on offer will mean ten times more than matching towels or a slow cooker.”
Lord Terrence Bartlett appreciates that gift vouchers for cosmetic surgery became popular at the start of the millennium but understands that receiving a gift voucher for a face lift you had not requested, might not be welcome. “The ‘Buy Me A Change’ service is only mentioned to others by the person who desires the change. The person benefiting from the procedure is often, in our experience, hitting a milestone birthday so what better gift to get for them – something that they really want,” says Bartlett.
“I do not want to receive tacky gifts with the number 40 all over them,” says Simone Robinson, a marketing manager from Essex who is turning 40 later this year. “I have wanted to have my teeth whitened for ages but could not afford the approximately £400 charge. Now I can ask my friends and family to contribute to the procedure. A special birthday present I can enjoy for years to come.”
Terrence Bartlett pioneered the marketing of hair transplantation in early 1970’s and his Belvedere Clinics were amongst the first to offer tattoo removal and port wine stain removal services. Terrence Bartlett is believed to be the first person to have coined the word ‘liposuction’ – a word now recognised by many and a procedure for which the Belvedere Clinics are highly rated.
The Belvedere Clinics are located in London, Essex and Kent. Further information can be found at http://www.belvedereclinic.co.uk/

Lord Terrence Bartlett New Blog
Lord Terrence Bartlett - a new Blog.
I intend to let you know what I have been doing, where I have been doing it and what the results have been.
When you say the name Lord Terrence Bartlett to my friends they will say "who?....Oh you mean Terrence Bartlett or even Terry Bartlett!". My title, passed down from my father, has never really influenced who I am although it is fun to watch peoples reactions when you are introduced as 'Lord Terrence Bartlett'!
Anyway - today I have been working with my PR consultant Simone from Cool Cat PR to devise a way to obtain more exposure for Belvedere Clinics (http://www.belvedereclinic.co.uk/) and I think we might have cracked it! Check in tomorrow to find out more.
Cheer for now
